What information do we collect?
When using the app, you may be asked to enter a team name. We collect answers, including pictures, that are input via the ScanQuest mobile app and link them to the team name that is provided.

What do we use your information for?
We use the captured information to facilitate online scoring and make the pictures available to the quest organizer via authorized access to our web portal. Any information that is collected, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to anyone other than the quest organizer without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of collected information. All data is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and can only be accessed by those authorized with access rights to our web portal.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties collected information. This does not include quest organizers with authorized access to our web portal. We may also release collected information if deemed appropriate to comply with the law, enforce app policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. By using our mobile app, you consent to this privacy policy.
